Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zivanyaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist you with a return and refund.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect

Return Window

Customers must raise a return, refund, or exchange request within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.

Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products
  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

If an exchange is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unaltered
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received

Products failing quality inspection may be rejected.

Return Method

After approval of the return request, customers will receive instructions for returning the product as per the method communicated by our support team.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by Zivanyaa only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • No return shipping is provided for non-eligible reasons

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 3 days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • The refunded amount will be credited within 10 business days from the date of refund initiation
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Customers must provide correct bank or UPI details
  • Zivanyaa is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The request is raised after 3 days from delivery
  • The product has been used, washed, or altered
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
  • The issue is not related to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery

Applicable Region

This policy applies to all orders delivered within India.
